Pure Polyurea

Turbo Liner offers quick setting, 100% aromatic and aliphatic polyurea's that can be applied to properly prepared concrete and metal surfaces.
The Turbo Liner® 5000 series is an aromatic, non-color stable whereas the Turbo Liner® 7000 series is an aliphatic and is color stable.
These coatings are less sensitive to moisture and temperature allowing applications in most environments.
Turbo Liner offers polyurea products with slower setting times. We also offer NSF approved products for potable water lining that comply with ANSI/NSF 61 Standard.

Turbo Liner 5502

Turbo-Liner® 5502 is a fast setting, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two component spray polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared concrete and metal surfaces. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F. It may be applied in single or multiple applications without appreciable sagging and is relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature allowing application in most temperatures. Turbo-Liner 5502 offers a tack free time of less than sixty seconds and exhibits 450% elongation upon curing with 50 Shore D hardness.
