The next generation in plural component spray guns the Probler P²
Lightweight, Ergonomic, Compact design makes it easy for operators to maneuver into difficult spray positions. Hardened Metal Mixing Chamber & Side Block Seals are the longest lasting seals available.
Two Piece Mixing Chamber. If a drill bit breaks off in the mixing chamber, you just replace the inexpensive snout and not the entire chamber. Check Valve Separating Liquid Portion of Gun from Dry Areas, no more cleaning small air passages with tiny drill bits.
Dual Air Piston for double the Triggering Force. Over 300 psi of trigger force, you will not see sluggish chamber movement when you pull the trigger.
Grease Fitting on the Gun for Daily Lubrication. You don't need to take the gun apart for daily service.
Individual Side Block Attachment to Gun. You will not need to line everything up or have a third hand to get side blocks attached to the gun. Minimal Daily or Routine Maintenance Required. You don't need to take the gun apart daily or even weekly.
Probler P2 can be used with either harden steel or standard plastic side block seals.

The Graco A-XP1 Dispensing System is a pneumatic system, designed for use in house coatings or in the field SPF projects. The Graco A-XP1 is a top of the line machine for the entry level bed liner dealer and smaller projects or foam applications. With the Graco A-XP1, power is no longer an issue. The Graco A-XP1 is job site configurable. It can be hooked up to 56 amps @ 230 V, 1 Phase, 45 amps @ 230 V, 3 Phase, 26 amps @ 380 V, 3 Phase all within the machine itself. The Graco A-XP1 has independent heat zones that provide accurate heat control for reliable spraying and to handle different chemical viscosity. The heaters on the Graco A-XP1 also help to provide better temperature control. The design of the Graco A-XP1 air motor delivers low air consumption for increased efficiency and consistent trouble free operation. The Graco A-XP1 comes from the factory with the Probler P2, 50-foot heated hose and 10' heated whip and is capable of handling up to 210' of total hose.
Graco Reactor E-20
Reactor E-20 proportioner provides total control for spraying foam insulation. Advanced features provide longer equipment life, more up time for your spray day, and the overall Graco reliability and durability you've come to expect. The E-20 like the A-XP1 is a great entry level system for a bed liner dealer and smaller projects or foam applications.

DINP (Prevents ISO Crystalization) (Comparable to Graco Version TSL)
DINP or Throat Seal Liquid (TSL) is a plasticizer that prevents paint and coatings from crystallizing on the displacement rod and packings, extending the life of the pump. It can also be used for long term storage of your equipment.
W.S.I. Industries RS-98 (Poly Solvent)
RS-98 is a solvent used to remove cured polys, as well as crystallized iso from equipment. The products is indispensable if you are a polyurethane or polyurea spray applicator. This product can also be used in ultrasonic cleaning tanks and heated up to 150 degrees to speed up the cleaning process.
Supplies
IPM Drum Mixers are designed to work with 55 gallon drums. They are installed in the the B-side drum to mix in the pigments for a unified color. The IPM Mixers use paddles that create a vortex in the drum to thoroughly mix the product from top to bottom of the drum.
IPM's IP-02 Series pf pumps are specially designed for use with difficult to handle materials. The immersed lower pump, tie tubes, and sealing bung bushing allow quick drum changes without exposing the system to contamination and moisture. The IPM IP-02 Features Include: fully air operated, 2 ball piston design provides uniform positive displacement. This is an extremely durable pump with long life packing.
This kit is a great tool for cleaning your gun and other parts. It includes:

Survivair Supplied Air Systems
The survivair one man full face system provides excellent protection when isocyanates or other partials or irritants are present. Its the best choice for spraying polyurea's and other similar products. The multi-point harness holds the mask firmly to your head and face. It also uses tear off shields that adhere to the lens. This saves the costs of replacing lenses. So what ever you do don't forget to order the tear-offs. The SAS one man full-face supplied air system Features: 1/4-hp oil-less pump, 50' lightweight breathing airline, full-face supplied-air respirator with belt and is NIOSH Approved for coatings as well as paint products.
